We ship from Miami Florida, USA.
Where do you ship to?
Most of our customers are in North America. But we can ship to customers all around the world. Just email us at info@luckyeyesinc.com for an estimate shipping cost.
How do you ship?
United States Postal Service (USPS) is our default shipping method. For USA and Canada, you can choose our FREE service via USPS First Class or Priority Mail for $5.65. If you are in a hurry, we have USPS Express Mail (overnight service for most areas) for $20.05. Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST will be shipped out the same day.
For International delivery, we use Global Express Mail for $35.00. Below, is the list of countries that are eligible for that service. For other countries, please email to info@luckyeyesinc.com

What are the shipping rates?
You can choose our FREE service via USPS First Class or Priority Mail for $5.65, regardless of the items in the order. For overnight shipping, we have USPS Express Mail for $20.05. These services are within the US and Canada.
For International shipping we have USPS Global Express Mail for a flat rate of $28.50
The above rates are for retail purchases.
When will my order arrive?
Orders placed Monday thru Friday by 5:00 pm Eastern time are shipped the next business day. If you need your order to be shipped the same day, please contact us at ................. before you place the order.
If you choose Priority Mail you will get your items in a AVERAGE of 2-3 business days.
With First Class service you will get your items in a AVERAGE 4-10 business days.
With Domestic Express Mail service you will get your purchase by 3:00 pm of next day (for some states also could be by noon), including weekend and holidays. This is the ONLY service that the USPS guarantee the delivery date.
For International orders, it takes an AVERAGE of 3-5 business days.

Return Policy
Every item is checked for quality before shipment. Your satisfaction is our priority
However, if by chance you receive any articles not meeting your expectations, please email us within 14 days of receipt of your order, and we will authorize return. Once you receive the authorization for the return, you should send back the items within 3 business days of received this authorization.
If the reason for return was that the article was defective, we will pay return shipping. According to your instructions, on receipt of the returned item, we will replace it or credit your credit card. In other way, the cost of shipping will be paid by you, it has to be send with USPS Priority Mail with insurance and we will charge $5.00 for restocking fees... |
